1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between aic444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("the Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the services available at aic444.vip. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or feature on aic444, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the aic444 platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

aic444 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, and the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on aic444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, entity, or organisation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of aic444, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by aic444 for a breach of these Terms.
• Participation in online gambling is not prohibited under any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

aic444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, or source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by aic444 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on aic444. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or otherwise — is strictly prohibited. aic444 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts associated with that player may be closed, all bonuses forfeited, and any pending withdrawal requests cancelled.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration. aic444 will rely on the information you supply and will not be held liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete registration details. If any of your registration details change after account creation — including your mobile number, email address, or preferred withdrawal method — you must update your account profile promptly.

4 Deposit Policy

aic444 accepts deposits through a range of Bangladeshi mobile financial services and bank transfer channels, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the player's account balance within five minutes of confirmation.

You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Deposits made using payment accounts registered to third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the transaction. aic444 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in the cashier section of the platform.

aic444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit that is considered unusual in amount, frequency, or origin. During this review process, access to the relevant funds may be temporarily restricted. This process typically takes no longer than 48 hours.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within three to five minutes during platform operating hours (09:00–23:00 Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) on business days. Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed the following business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, though aic444 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments where necessary.

Before any withdrawal is processed, aic444 may require identity verification. Players who have not previously submitted a verified identification document (national identity card, passport, or driving licence) may be required to do so before their first withdrawal is approved. This is a one-time process; subsequent withdrawals by verified players are not subject to the same delay.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. aic444 does not process withdrawals to payment accounts in names other than the registered account holder's name.

6 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes offered by aic444 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific term will take precedence for the duration of that promotion only.

Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be staked across eligible games. Certain game categories — including live table games and specific jackpot titles — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements as specified in each promotion's terms.

aic444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time the bonus was accepted. Players found to be abusing bonus programmes — including but not limited to placing low-risk wagers solely to meet wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, or coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts permanently suspended.

7 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The aic444 welcome bonus is available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit after successful account registration and identity verification. The welcome bonus is limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. aic444 reserves the right to withhold the welcome bonus from any player where there is reasonable suspicion that the eligibility criteria have been circumvented.

Welcome bonuses and other first-deposit offers may not be combined with any other active promotion unless explicitly stated. Players who wish to decline a bonus may do so by contacting support at [email protected] before making their qualifying deposit; bonuses cannot be declined retroactively once credited.

8 Game Integrity & Fair Play

All casino games available on aic444 — including slots, live casino titles, crash games such as Hi-Lo and Circus Delight, and table games — are provided by independently certified game studios. Each game uses a verified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, a real physical dealing process streamed in real time. aic444 does not modify game outcomes and has no influence over the results of any certified game on the platform.

Players are expected to engage with games in good faith. Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or unintended platform behaviour to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. In the event of a technical malfunction — including server disconnection, game crash, or software error — during an active game round, the result of the affected round will be governed by the game provider's malfunction policy. aic444 accepts no liability for interrupted game sessions caused by factors outside its direct control, including player-side internet connectivity issues.

9 Sports Betting Rules

Cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports betting markets on aic444 are governed by the specific event and market rules published in the sportsbook section. The following general principles apply to all sports betting on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed; the confirmed odds are shown on the bet slip and in the player's betting history.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. aic444 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play time specified in the market rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's main balance.
• Match results are determined based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic BPL fixtures). In the event of a result revision by the governing body after settlement, aic444 will use reasonable endeavours to re-settle affected markets but is not obligated to do so if the revision occurs more than 72 hours after the original settlement.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per player. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook and may vary by sport and market type.

10 Conduct Strictly Prohibited on aic444

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aic444 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any part of aic444.vip.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic or identity restrictions.
• Providing false identity documents or misleading information during the verification process.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style events to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aic444 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting any error, bug, or misconfigured odds or game setting intentionally to generate illegitimate winnings.

11 Suspension by aic444

aic444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• A requirement imposed by a payment provider, game provider, or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account balance will be restricted until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and access to the balance restored. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

12 Voluntary Account Closure

Players wishing to close their aic444 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected] with a written request. Before closing, any active bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days of the closure request being approved. Accounts closed voluntarily for responsible gaming reasons will be treated as self-exclusion requests and the player will not be permitted to re-register for the duration of the self-exclusion period.

13 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on aic444.vip — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the proprietary property of aic444 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from aic444.vip without the prior written consent of aic444. Any unauthorised use of the platform's content may constitute an infringement of aic444's intellectual property rights and may give rise to a legal claim.

14 Privacy & Data

aic444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published separately at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein. aic444 does not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers required to operate the platform (such as payment processors and game providers) and only to the extent necessary for those purposes.

15 Disclaimer of Warranties

The aic444 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aic444 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game information, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. aic444 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components, although we take reasonable precautions including 256-bit SSL encryption and regular security audits.

16 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, aic444 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other commercial or financial loss, even if aic444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

aic444's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit aic444's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to aic444's offshore operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting aic444 support at [email protected]. aic444 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five business days and to resolve disputes within thirty calendar days of receipt.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by aic444 from time to time. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
